Jake Garrett purchased items from our store on eBay - then leaves negative feedback when the item was sent to the address on file - which of course is provided by the customer. We ship to the address, and Jake Garrett posts negative feedback for the item going to the address provided... Then when we requested removal due to the mistakes on his part - he not only refused, he called it blackmail, and finds it "funny" that even asking is appropiate.
Of course, Jake Garrett is keeping the item - as its perfect item - and will not remove negative feedback, nor will Jake Garrett admit he was wrong - just keeps getting more and more threatening and harassing, and angry over his own mistake.
Bottom line. Item was shipped to the address Jake Garrett Provided eBay -
item was received, and kept (nothing wrong with the item)
Jake Garrett, when requested with his mistakes, becomes more hostile and refuses to just remove feedback.
Would not recommend Jake Garrett as customer from online stores - have blocked his bidding on our items, and will pass the word on so other retailers know that Jake Garrett should be avoided if you wish to maintain your online reputation.
We have begun small claims court proceedings against Jake Garrett as well for the extra costs associated with having to deal with his false and hurtful claims...
