They were not paying my creditors and I ask for my momy back, and they say they will return my funds and nothing happen

The company never paid my creditor and I ask for my money back and they told me to send them a certified letter and I did. They told me that it would take thirty to forty-five days to receive my funds. I tried calling the company on July 12 and the number was disconnected. I was so hurt that I could not get in contact with anyone. I'm asking for your help. Thank you
