Carole Maryse Tonye i wired transfer money to them and never received the goods

I negotiate it with this company for sometime and made a deal where i sent them 40% in advance for the product i wanted, when they received the money they sent me a fake BL that had nothing to do with my shippment. I have tried several times to come to terms with them, but they won't give me prove that they container was actually sent. So i need to report this company so that other people won't get ripped off
