I will detail my 2 years of hell living in a 7RENT rental property as best as I can remember, I've tried to block it out, as it was the worst 2 years of my life, but I feel I owe it to anyone else who may think of making the same mistake to warn them first. Let me first start out by saying immediately after my post I'm sure some "annonymous ex tennant" of 7rent will post something WONDERFUL about them, because we all know we routinely check the internet for posts of former landlords so we can say what great people they are... WHATEVER, don't let her make a fool of you, any positive posts on here are coming directly from ANGEL ROBINSON, the so called "apartment manager"
So, I will try to keep the personal attacks off here, although I do agree with all the information said about Robert Mozampour and Angel Robinson on this site. Within the first month of moving into the property the neighbor had torn down the fence surrounding the outside of the property, so that when I let my dog out he ran off.in their defense, this was done by the nieghbor, this was not their fault, but the way it was dealt with should have been the first red flag. I called Angel Robinson on her personal cell phone and I was understandably upset, she proceeds to yell and scream at me and by the end of the conversation told me I "Did not want to get on their bad side" whatever that was supposed to mean...
There was little drama until 6 MONTHS after moving in, we are in vacation in Florida, to come home to a note stating they are going to begin showing the home, now mind you, we moved in September 1st, this is FEBRUARY 1st, they already have a scheduled appointment to begin to walk through our home. I call Angel, she says because they had not heard from me they took the liberty to schedule an appt to show it, and I asked why a simple courtesy call had not been made to the tennants who had paid on time for all 6 months, she stated they did not do that. BIG SUPRISE< there are no courteseys's when it comes to 7rent. So, in either case, we signed for another year and a half at that point, because we did not want them trapsing through our house, basically being strong armed into it. Everything went fairly smoothly until the following February, there is a repeat of the same thing, but by this point we realized we were no longer willing to deal with these slumlords. So, the following week Angel calls me, she has 2 appointments EVERY day of the week at different times to march her Fat ass (oops didn't mean to get personal) through my house. I had to call and fight with Robert to get him to agree to make it 4 hours a week they would schedule all the appointments within that time, and I mean there were SEVERAL arguements about this. And, so then for FIVE and a half months they are trapsing people through my house at LEAST once a week whether I like it or not, and whether it is convenient for me or not. I yelled, pleaded and begged these people just to leave us the HELL alone so we could live in piece, trust me, there is no piece in a 7rent property, they pretty much take up residence in the home with you.
To add insult to injury, Robert Mozampour promises to knock money off the rent each showing, which I insisted upon to get his ass in gear and get it rented. I proceed to deduct the money the following month and pay a partial amount, and he returns it with an eviction notice from his so called "attorney" And when I call him on it, he deny's ever promising me that I could deduct the money. These are the most evil people you will ever meet, he is only concerned with the bottom line, and will cut your throat and not think anything of it. I will cut it short, and just say of the $1500 deposit we paid, AND the extra $40 MONTHLY we paid in pet fees, we repainted, cleaned carpets, and basically left it in better shape than we found it, only to get a refund check for $150, and I was told the pet fees we paid each month weren't to cover any pet damages but were simply "PET RENT", so apparently my dog and cat were supposed to be working to pay him rent as well. These people are a JOKE, PLEASE run away from anything with their names on it!!! 7rent.com, robert mozampour or angel robinson.
