Eceived a phone call saying i had won a sweepstakes in the amount of 5.5 million dollars in the form of a cashiers check which would be delivered along with 50,000.00 cash.in order to receive it i was told to go to the nearest wallmart and purchase 2 green dot money pak reload for 400.00 a piece. So i sratched the numberes off the back and gave to him. Never received the money. I called back and was told that the money was being held up by the IRS until we paid another $400.00. So we refused. We were told then that we could not have our winnings.
