I bought Microsoft Word software online and received nothing for it. Subsequently purchased the CD from retail store and am using that program. Thought the site was Microsoft directly, but was scammed - just like Elyse & Kam indicated in their scam reports. Like Kam, I am calling my credit card company to get this removed. Never again, will I purchase anything online. What a rip off! Helen - CA
