Ordered microsoft word 2007 and was told I would receive download and product key within 24 hrs... Never received anything as of today 7/4... But they did charge my credit card and it is showing some strange company on my credit card statement... Here is what it is showing: ZIXIUYI BOOTESMAM AG SHENZHEN CN... This placeis in China? I thought I was ordering from Microsoft Corp... My order confirmation says credit card statement will show payment to: netbizpay.com... I am just plain disgusted that I have been ripped off. Maybe I will get lucky and my order is just running late because of the Holiday weekend.
