I was told if i was to send this money to a bank they would release 8.6 million dollars after 1 month of talking i agreed every thing look real all there paper work - Documents, A4 REACTIVATION FEE AND THEY WOULD TRANSFER THE MONEY. They did not instead they want more money almost $9,985, 00

I was scammed by a man or so called man named Joe Kelvin who sent me a check from the Massechatts of Technology and then had him me send the money after I cashed the check to Africa!
