Website has very good prices on cigs. Gave very good sales pitch on how it was best to send money by Western Union. Was told they picked up money and order was sent out on 6-16&after that I asked for tracking #, because orders were supposed to be sent out priority mail. They have not answered me since, after e-mailing six or seven times. No product, no communication, nothing. I'm a senior citizen, and this is a lot of money for me. Filed a complaint with western union (MTCN: 828-828-4257/tel: 1-800-448-1492 or 1-800-325-6000), and going to file local police report. I am not hopeful that anything will be done as this was in Thailand, but I'm just sick, and others need to know so it doesn't happen to them. These people should be in jail.
