Booked with priceline in May a Bally's hotel room in Atlantic City, NJ for August, got stuck with Sheridan, not even close to where we wanted to be. Called Sheridan, Priceline and Citi Card immediately to cancel and they all said too bad, you are out $242 as contract is non refundable. Citi Card disputed the payment in May and now has put it back on my Card and said they have paid priceline and we have to now pay Citi Card. How can a company like priceline bait and switch and get away with this? Booked Bally's direct and got better rate than priceline's at the wrong hotel.
