I thought I was purchasing access to i-tunes as I was trying to set an account with i-tunes. It wasn't until I had two payments taken out on the same day. I sent them an email and they reimbursed me one payment straight away. But I have been trying to find a website access so I can find out what I have actually purchased. I think that i-tunes need to take some responsibility... I had ended up with this situation through trying to join them.
