I was told to send the product back and my credit card would be refunded when I called back with the routing number. Which I did, waited for a week, no money. Then I called. Was advised they would now send out the check, which would come from London. What a joke... When I call, only to get placed on hold for an indefinite time, then they hang up. When I was able to get thru & finally spoke w/a greg... (what a horses ass..) told me I was never told i would get a refund. I did find the e-mail which is telling me they would send out a check... I'm going to take this further... Never order from this company... What a bunch of (Inappropriate Content Removed)... They only way to say it.
