Went to apply for a home refinance loan and was initially quoated a fee of $850.00 dollars for closing costs. Then it went to $1500.00. Then when I signed the paper work and reviewed it I found out the closing costs were going to be $3027.00 This figure I never saw untill after the papers were signed!
