I was offered a credit card that was supposedly going to help me improve my credit rating. I tried to cancel and was told that I would not be refunded the full amount of $109.95 because $19.95 of that was a non-refundable activation fee. It will take 8 days for them to hear from my bank that the debit went through. I have been holding on the phone for more than 14 minutes to talk to someone who can cancel the process.
