During the fall storms in the past few months, we have had a tree hit our house, not once, but twice and we have placed our tree debris (little limbs and leaves), not the tree itself, on our curb to be picked up. We have called IESI on multiple occasions and they are refusing to pick up very much of it each month. The tree debris was minimal and they are picking up the debris from our neighbors (more than what we had piled up).
Upon calling them, they just laugh us off and refuse to even come and check out the situation. The debris has been lying there for more than 5 months.
My husband served his country for 8 years and if he hadn't lost his sight we would have hauled off the debris. Since going blind, losing his income, we no longer have a vehicle to pull our trailer to the dump.
In the 10 years we have lived in Crandall, TX, we have hardly ever used the bulk trash service and now, with the crisis we have been in with the health and now home issues, this is just past crazy.
