Inc. Ripoff / no refunds upon request, no magazine either

The followin co., rep., approached my minor (16) daughter in a wal-mart parking lot. Convinced hre to buy a mag. Subscription. To jane magazine, then pay cash. He gave her a reciept, she could cancel at anytime. She was upset by the pressure. Upset she let her cash go, in the parking lot, like that. We made her take immediate action to it, by writing a cancelation note to the co..

I also called the co., was answered by a phone answering service, never recieved a call back, from a "brandy baker", co., owner. How ever it was a female that answered the phone that day... Hhmm?

We cannot call to her area code now, our area code has been blocked from her phone line? Hhmm? No money returned or no magazine... Thank you for any help you offer
