They submitted a unauthorize check to my bank account after they stole my info from another website. I never athorize this charge. They called my girlfriend phone number and left a message. When she opened the message, that some how told them that i want to excepted the loan and they could charge my account for $99.36. I used my girlfriend phone number to obtain a loan from shamrock loan co. They must have got my info from that company. That still didn't give them any right to charge my account.
