I paid Lithia Ford in Roseburg oregon to program my two ignition keys and the keyless entry with thier Snap-On Modis unit $70 cash. I instructed specifically to program all three items with the modis.instead they programmed the keys with the modis but NOT the the keyfob (keyless entry) so my truck shut down by PATS passive anti theft system. Because the modis wasnt used to program the keyfob. Now I talked to the Service dept mgr Bill asked him to program it as I asked he refused saying its $98 per hour bring it in! I said how about just doing what I paid for he said he could bring the modis to my house n program it in my driveway but the problem would not go away. I disagreed, n he said hes Not going to fix it! Its all about money and selling more cars.in my opinion they dont want to fix it! They just want to bill me for extra work I dont need done. Or to just force me to buy another car/truck! I say thats Dishonest and Strongly advise NO One Should Trust thier Service Department, because they cannot be trusted, or they would have fixed my truck by programming the keyless entry with the modis unit in the first place or at least now they should come do it at my home as Bill Wolfe suggested in our conversation Today on December 9th I swear this is the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God!
