I ordered the 3 GenieBras, plus 3 free ones. When the order form came up it said "Unable to process your credit card. Please try another."
Knowing there was nothing wrong with my credit card, I reentered the numbers and tried again.
Then it came up"Please enter your size" (which I had done.) So I reentered the size and pressed Enter again.
Then it came up "Please enter your Zip Code, " (which I had done) so I reentered it and pressed Enter again.
I did this 7 times.
I called my credit card to ask why it wouldn't go through and she said it had gone through — 7 times, to a total of $601.79.
Over the next week I tried to contact them to get the orders cancelled but was told that it wasn't in the system yet.
I want to cancel but am unable to.
