Fraud text message warning!!!
I just received a text message from phone number 5150 with the following:
"asterisk@voip1. Tns-ru.com Account temporary locked! Due the suspicious activity on your account your visa debit card has been temporary locked. To unlock please call security department at 8136668915"
When you call the number 8136668915 as it said the automated service said the following:
"Welcome to verify by visa credit union debit card security department for English press one for Spanish press two"
When i pressed one it said:
"We regret to inform you that due to suspicious activity on your account your credit union visa debit card has been temporary locked. To unlock please enter your 16 digits account number as it appears on you visa debit card"
When you enter 16 numbers i used 1111111111111111
"now please enter your 4 digits expiration date as follows may will be 0513"
I used 1111
"please enter you 3 digits card verification code as it appears on the back of your card"
I used 111
"for identification please enter the last 4 digits of your social security number"
I used 1111
"now please enter your 4 digits pin personal identification number"
I used 1111
"to confirm your 4 digit pin personal identification number"
I used 1111
"Thank you your visa debit card is now fully protected we apologist for any inconvenience
Good bye"
Then it hangs up
When i pressed two it said the same this... Still in English
Don't be a victim tell who you can not to fall for this kind of stuff.
