On 5/29, my account charged with $24.95. I called the company to verify what was the charge for and when was the
order done. After a long conversation with a woman, she said the
matter will be resolved soon. That, I would be refunded, etc. And
transferred me to another woman. I never get a refund nor credit
to visa. Today, June 26 I received a call from my credit union
/visa to verified the charge. I told the credit rep not to pay it and I
also told her about call to SEM*Value Plus. Up to now I have not received any response or confirmation from SEM*.
