Called the number on Visa statment to question the charges of $24.95 since Feb (had no idea what i was being charged for) I was told they have me recorded saying I wanted this service. (I still dont know what this is.) Called Visa, they could only remove $74.85, They could not go back more than 3 months to remove charges. 6-7-12 recieved a letter confirming from Visa $74.85 Was being removed on next statement. As of today I lost $49.90.6-8-12.
