Like so many others I see on your site, I thought I was just in a bidding site. They asked me for my info. My name, address, and told me I could not start bidding without putting in my credit card no#. That they only needed the credit card # to save time if I win a bid. But instead they went and charged $99.00 to my visa card.
When I called to complain, they said it's plain and clear on the site but I disagree! If there was any mention of the necessity of buying a $99 package of bids, I wouldn't have done it!
They don't do refunds. Really?! That's supposed to come as a surprise?
