Peed off

Found ad for Barbie Glam Jet for $69 just before xmas '10. Ordered & waited. Money was deducted from my account and nothing arrived. Starting emailing them 2nd week Jan. No response. Have not heard from them & never received item. My daughter is very dissapointed but I'm just angry. What a ripoff!
