Around Jan of this year I purchased a whole turbine system from this company. I purchased the one I have after a recommendation from Jeff to achieve the results of what my demand in my power consumption. I was given a chart showing that my system will achieve 20amp@400 rpms. I installed the system and only was getting about 3-5 amps @100rpms. I tried to get in touch with Jeff via email, phone etc with no response. I did not think much of it so i ordered another PMA, thinking the one they send me did not work because it was the wrong volts. I did not think that a company that advertised as much as they did would be the kind of business that does what they do.
I received the 2nd PMA and installed it. I got the same results. I tried to get in touch with them and the only responses I got was that I was a A-hole. Pay Pal found him to be fraudulent and made him give me a refund. What I have found out on youtube after posting my clips on his turbines, really surprised me. This man and company has been stealing from people for a long time. Once he gets your money - There is no more service. I have since talked with who makes the PMA's he sells and they even state that they do not produce what MW&S claims. I have many picture, emails, etc from people around the world that has bought from this company and was ripped off. He never honors any warranties. Everything I bought from him has broken or did not work except my disconnect switch. He has yet to honor any warranty and to this day I have not found 1 person who gets more than a few amps out of his PMA's but some how on his clips on you tube - He gets 50-60-70 amps (which is impossible) but he does it some how - He commit fraud in his clips, he sells his defective products on ebay. The one I returned in on ebay right now and he even states it was my fault it did not work.
I have a new turbine now and it is putting out 10 times what this comapny PMA's do. I have never delt with any company that is able to treat people this way and stay in business. Buyers beware.
