ReDriven wind turbine
Installed 4 years ago. It has been broken more than working

I had a ReDriven wind turbine installed 4 years ago. It has been broken more than working.

Currently it has been not working since Dec 4! I have called and emailed with no results. I have even filed a report with the BBB. They had promised be a new turbine 6 months ago, yet, in the last month have received no return calls or emails.

I have no idea what I should do now, but the county ordinance says I have to take it down since it is not operational! What a waste of $45k!
