50 to 55 year old African American bald man frequents incall massage and escorts in LA and SF Valley. Forces himself on girl for service and either doesn't pay, leaves paper money in envelope or writes a check he stops payment on. Smooth talker but a CON man through and through.

6'2 to 6'4 and muscular build

Also reported to leave money then take it back before leaving becoming forceful in an altercation with the ladies.
