I got a letter saying i won by a lottery by electronic select and to send a shippin fee of 406. Usd and i did on the above Date. Now they want me to send 4,500 yeah right! So i told them it was a Hoax. Now they email me again, and i want my 406.00 plus the shipping charges of 43.00 it took to send it. They are emailing me for me to send the money by Monday.
