We have been going in the store for very long time, we never felt this before. I never want to write anything but me and my friends was talking if we love the food we have to talk and let them know how we feel. We work in shipyard, we always have break and we love to go there and eat, but not anymore. We can feel the difference in food they don't serve food like they were serving. There burrito was samller than ever, they were putting less stuff in burrito. I had there guacamole, it taste so bad. They are trying to rush us, but we think that if you can not satisfied the costmer, how you gone deal with other customer. Every body was watching them like they dont know what they were doing.
I order taco he start making burrito. Thought thats fine, but when he started he put small amount of everything. His mondo is like a monidto. We ask for rice and bean they are giving us chips and salsa. My friend order chips and cheese they gave him salsa. It really dose not matter coz we love the food. But next day we thought its gone better, but no difference. I want fish taco they said wait for 10 min, we always have small break. So i said ok i can take it to go. I wait for 10 min. They call me and made me tacos. I went back to work. When i ate and fish was raw, my friends were there they said its waste of money. I should call them. That what i did, but the guy answer the phone, he was rude, he dont understand what i was saying or he don't want understand. Same day i had chips and salsa. Salsa has to much salt in it. We don't understand how thing was going so wrong. We have been eating this store almost a year. I hope u guys show some concern. Well we are not going there any more. Thank you Sam and friends
