Everyone was excited when Cold Stone opened here in Roseburg, Oregon. I honestly don't remember just how long ago it was, since time gets away from me. But I do remember that your products were special and I thought the business was doing great. Then one morning-out of the blue-their employees arrived for work as usual, and found a sign on the door that said the place was closed. Just like that! No notice-no nothing. I-like so many others-was very disappointed. I guess we thought it would be here forever. Now I and my grandchildren will have to buy our ice cream elsewhere. I have two 5-dollar gift certificates that could not be utilized, because we don't live anywhere near a Cold Stone Creamery. It might not be a huge chunk of money gone down the drain-just ten dollars-but it would have helped pay for some of my grandchildrens' treats, and it's also the principle of the whole thing. It would leave a better taste in my mouth if you would reimburse my money. I would be happy to send the gift certificates to you in return, even if my 20-month great-grandson ripped one into. I did tape it back together, though. Just to let you know, I would be happy if someone else would reopen the business here, and manage it more wisely
