It seem`s as though a false report was made against the former landlord (Bob Ross) without even his (Bobs) knoledge, Fortunately it was Dismissed in his (Bobs) favor, which The former landlord was unaware of as well.
The reason I know, is I called to tell him of these developements, and he was totally suprised..
