Almost there - Bissell Proheat 8900 series

I purchased a bissell proheat in feb of this year 8 months later it began to make a rattling noise I called customer service to see about getting it fixed they refer me to an independant contracter who tells me I need my receipt of sales even though they knew I was still covered under warranty they didnt fix it, and to make matters worse Josh from corporate said its nothing that they can do talk about customer satisfaction
