Dear Sir/Madam,
Your site was advertised on my Gmail account. I entered the site a few minutes back to investigate the nature of your business. I was asked to register by filling in details of my mailing address and credit card information. I did so but was informed that the credit card was declined. I closed the site hoping to call you later to enquire into what needs to be done. Obviously, I was unable to see any product of any interest to me in order to bid. I just received a call from my credit card company alerting me to the fact that there is something fishy and that I was billed four times for an amount of $99.00 by your company? I called the 1-800 2386195 to inquire into this fraudulant practice but was asked to write to you and explain the situation. I am dissapointed and very angry that a company that claims to be better than e-bay in many respects engages in such fraudulant practice. I am still at a loss to understand as to why you charged me the amount stated. Obviously, I provided the information on my credit card more than once because you did not accept my Am credit card in the first instance. I therefore provided my Mastercard number but continued to have trouble closing because the message popped up claiming that the credit card was declined. I am requesting you to cancel all charges by calling my credit card company ASAP.
