Poor Customer Service-Bad Ingredients

Today I went for lunch at the above location with my husband, when the server put on my burrito bowl, yellow moldy cilantro, I complain to the server that that cilantro was not fresh. Her answer was rude, un-polite and with lack of basic customer service. She did not offer to change to a new meal and kept arguing that that's the way they receive the cilantro from their distribution and for my information was the same one used on the rice. I mention to her that was not the way suppose to be, since Chiptole always advertise fresh ingredients and that cilantro was yellow and moldy and I have been in other locations and no one serve that way. She did not want to listen or offer to replace my meal. She kept arguing her point and I decided to walk out. Prior to that she was pinking on my husband burrito with dirty gloves pulling our some burned pieces of meat, discussing. As a customer I never received so poor customer service for a restaurant that has a good reputation for serving great food.

The manager or supervisor was no help neither even when my husband ask that I just want my food replaced, no arguments or further discussion. When I was walking out and my husband was taking to the supervisor or manager he told him that he could leave to. Very disappointed with this place lack of basic customer service, I’m not plan to return to this location ever.
