Bogie poured walls charges consumers for services and materials never done. The company poures concrete walls into forms, in between these forms are metal rods called rebars (Reinforcement bars). The company charges for the service and either charges the consumer for a (FEW EXTRA HAHA) more then they put into the wall or still charge and not put any in at all. The only thing is when they bogie poured walls stripe the forms away you have a solid concrete wall. The only ways to know if you did not get ripped off is to watch the process being done or xray your walls or when the wall comes down.
