Luckily our daughter who lives in New York had used Olympus Moving to move both her business and homes. She gave them the highest recommendation, so we knew we would be in good hands and we were.
Everything from my first call to the last box moved went smoother than expected. Olympus Moving and Storage are prompt, right on time. They are amazingly fast and courteous. They are very helpful finishing all the things you think you've completed and realize you missed some items. Olympus Movers are very patient, as I'm sure they are used to dealing with a lot of the same issues all of the time.
We have no complaints, only praise. They are very professional in the office as well. The contact person we dealt with was Samantha Bazile and she kept us up to date from start to finish. She emailed us detailed costs, lists of things we needed to do to be sure we were ready, and reminders of the upcoming date. Her follow through was amazing.
I would recommend Olympus Moving and Storage to anyone, especially to newcomers to the area who can rest assured they are in very good hands. Honest, hardworking company that does what they say they will do. We will use Olympus Moving without hesitation for our next move.
