On May 28 They came out to my house around 10am to fix my in ground waterline. He give me a price of 1500.00 total including cleaning my sewer line. I told them i have a bill for 2600.00 and my main thing was to make sure to fix my water line which never happen. He told me he needs to start cleaning my sewer line first. So he start making holes around on my front yard. He was on my property for three days and he never did my request. Now he tell me he needs more money and he want the 1500.00 ahead of time. Right now Cleveland Water Dept want proof of the water line repair so they can adjust my bill. I do not know what to do. They left a mess on my front yard as well.
