USA Publishers Scam about winning $5000 prize, they wanted a $277 processing fee on the Visa card

The man called and promised I had won prizes of cash and jewelry, but needed to collect a processing fee, which I could pay with my VISA. They asked for the number and the 3-digit code on the back. They were willing to split the charge of $277 processing into 3 payments.
