I received a call from David Matthews on 06/01. He called me at work and sounded like a telemarketer so I hung up. He called back asking for me, I told him I was at work not to call me at work. He called back again and told me he was from a law office and stated I was facing criminal charges for a payday loan I had never received. He said I was being charged with fraud, and theft, and credit card fraud. He would not give me any contact information so I could inquire and find out what was going on.
