I placed an order from Hearthside for an outdoor fire pit with slate top. The item was on backorder, however the company kept be posted on when they would be shipping out. The customer service team has always been polite, helpful and we LOVE the product — it's beautiful, functional and we are always asked where we purchased the fire pit. I had placed an order a few years back for a wicker porch swing, it has never rusted, the wicker is woven very tightly and it came with a beautiful thick cushion for the seat. I love Hearthside and the quaility merchandise that they sell. Thank you for your support and for a great buy.
