There are different areas of this company, some reachable. But the Collection department is absolutely unreachable. I had an account go to collections, and began paying it off. At times I've had to call them to get the account balance, and get a busy signal at ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. At one point i was at work, calling them, I tried, literally, for 3.5 hours straight of calling, getting busy signal, hanging up, and immediately calling back. I did this on a few different days, always always getting a busy signal.
Then i started looking up on the internet for different contact numbers. I called about 12-15 different numbers, reaching different areas of the company, and all of them knew of this problem, would not help, and would not give another contact number. I finally reached an operator who transferred me to someone who actually could help me. Unfortunately i didnt keep it thinking i was paying it off and wouldnt need it. Mistake.
