They're giving full phony ad. They say they'll return your $14.95 s/h cost, actually purchase the return label and that's completely a rest. I named obtain the r# u have to return it and so they stated that its in fineprint when you return it before 45-60 times u dont obtain the s/h costs but u also need to pay for your return oneself. Who on the planet will believe that will take fineprint if noone provides you with that information possibly about the television ad or whenever you call to put the order. I obtained the merchandise a wk ago and its trash. It doesnt eliminate any hair and the smell of burn is horrible. Don't buy the product, total dishonesty out of this company.
