Keep Getting a "Gateway" Message

In trying to go to the site, for some reason I am blocked - the web page won't even come up. I backed up my computer, refreshed and still cannot bring up the home page or anything. I've serached for Cupid. Cupid dating, etc. I am frustrated because I paid money to join this site and I'm not even able to pull it up. This is the ONLY site I have trouble with. No other sites I visit give me this problem.

I've sent questions to you all in the past but always get a generic response as to how I might fix the problem. Unless someone personally investigates this error, and contacts me, I WANT TO CANCEL the subscription immediately. I realize that the credited portion will be pro-rated, but it is only fair that I be compensated because I can't use the site. It is NOT my computer - I took it to get serviced yesterday. The problem is on your end somewhere. Please, cancel my sub and kindly reimbursement me. And I write this email with the utmost respect in my heart. Most sincerely, Angelia Iman-Trover...
