Seemed like a cool guy a first, talks all the right lingo, lets you know he is a church memeber at. I think he tries to make everyone feel comfortable around him by laughing uncontrollably at anything even slightly funny. We paid he for a few candidates for outside sales in the roofing industry to start with and he did fairly well. We then paid a down payment for the next season and he disappeared without suppling another candidate. Recently found out that we were not the only company he is doing this to watch out for this short grey haired man. I know of at least $25,000 of down payments he has stolen. He should be in prison.
