There was a crack in the wall which a Ron Koch fixed with Sheet rock. It should probably have been fixed with two sheets of dry wall. After the other Ron said it was because the house was shifting which was not a topic when they did the first estimate. When I phoned the office and compained about the enforcement of signing off the warranty the lady said she would talk to her supervisor. The result of which was nobody had the courtesy to call back.
