I requested a plumber to install 7 supply lines under sinks and basins. The plumber they sent didn't do the job right the first time, showed up an hour late without a needed part the second time, and couldn't go to the store for the part, because they were closed by the time he got there.
He didn't show up or call for the third appointment, and I had to call him to find out he had decided not to come that day. On the fourth appointment, he finally fixed the problem. It turned out he had mis-diagnosed the problem on his 2nd visit, and could have fixed it then, if he had only taken the time to check it out thoroughly. I had to take off work three times, and wasted most of Saturday afternoon waiting for him.
The company didn't return any of my calls about this, and didn't even call after the 4th appointment to confirm that the plumber had shown up or fixed the problem.
When I emailed their national headquarters to complain, the local office sent me a letter reminding me that all their work is waranteed for a year. Great! If it still isn't right, I get to take off from work a few more times to wait for him to come back.
These people are very unprofessional, and I will never use them again.
