August: BANK OF AMERICA has approved the lies of a broker. (APPROVING THESE LIES WITHOUT PROOFS OF INCOME: they call LIAR LOANS - STATED DEAL NO DOCS (though I gave them all my financials proofs - W-2, paystubs -which did not qualify me for a conventional since I was approved twice for a REVERSE MORTGAGE by a government agency - there was no need for me to get a conventional - this broker lied and COUNTRYWIDE - BANK OF AMERICA APPROVED THOSE LIES!) The broker has whited out my refinancing application, (the zig-zag traced over black lines are visible chunks of over-line traced over uneven lines -clearly visible to the naked eye once blown up to 4 times their regular size) this broker INSERTED HIS OWN LIES -after I signed the application (MY OWN ATTORNEY WITNESSED MY SIGNATURE AND BOTH OF US CAREFULLY REVIEWED EACH LINE) and refused to give me a copy at the signing - he yessed me and told me he'll see me back in the office later on that day.
I worked for him as a customer service rep – at that time - and he never gave me the documents I signed in front of my attorney. He stalled me and told me that he accidentally left his briefcase on top of his car and he drove away therefore losing his entire brief case. A another time he told me that he had a flood in his office and lost all the documents including my own. He inflated my income to more than $7,000.00 a month - he bogussed the value of my home to more than $200.000.00 - (true appraisal my home from the town has been certified by the county to be $200,000.00 less then what his appraiser claimed it to be), he lied about my profession, the number of years I worked in the company and the real name of the company I worked for. He waited for me behind the ladies room door - hovered over me in a closed room after he removed me from my work place in front of my co-workers to pressure me to sign the loan documents. I was hesitating and wanted to have more time.
Finally, He steered me in the direction of taking out the left over equity of my only home. Told me that there was no other way for me to get a refinancing - I had to open an account at CHASE from all the equity left of my only home in order to have COUNTRYWIDE automatically claw back each month the fraudulent 8.5% adjustable interests rates (from the proceeds of this refinancing) he put me into although he knew perfectly well that I qualified only for a REVERSE MORTGAGE - he yessed me till the end and kept on lying to me till the end. (I was approved twice by this government agency for a REVERSE).
This broker sent to COUNTRYWIDE a fictitious and fake employment verification letter without my knowledge: FICTITIOUS PROFESSION, FICTITIOUS NUMBER OF YEARS IN THE COMPANY, FICTITIOUS NAME of the company i worked for, he transposed my initials and signatures - there are the exact forms which have absolutely none of my signatures or initials on them proving that they were not signed by me - this fictitious verification of employment was signed by his partner. I saw only 4 yrs later he deliberately ommitted to insert my own attorney confirmed this fact in writing the 4 pages of the adjustable interest rates which showed a balloon interests rate from a 8.5% to 11.5% to 15.5%.
I would to be totally incoherent or not speak English to agree to sign an 11.5% to 15.5% balloon interests rate. My attorney who witnessed the refinancing stated in a 2 page letter that this broker deliberately intended to falsify my original application with the intention to see me default and lose my home - In their own-going fraudulent actions, BANKAMERICA has ordered my Homeowner's insurance company not to notify me (the homeowner) of any news and or information or notification on my own home-owners insurance - thus doing their utmost to trap me to fail or default on my insurance payments. They have gotten two refunds from my homeowner's insurance company on or about the months of January and pocketed the refunds - while I was paying the insurance at the same time. Now they're asking me to pay them back both refunds in the form of a higher monthly mortgage even though they're the ones who pocketed both refunds while I too was paying my own homeowners insurance.
They refused to give me a "REAL" modification of 31% of my monthly income as per The Making Home Affordable, though I qualified and passed all the 7 pre-requirements - they lied from the beginning till the end. They concocted their own "in-house-modification" as in "house dressing" and gave me an INTERESTS ONLY LOAN. My monthly payments have not changed since I still have to pay the monthly insurance and taxes separately. Till today May 20, their fraud is on-going and they are refusing to stop! This violation and fraudulent mortgage has been 5 years in the making! The most audacious part of this is that they sent me a letter from the office of the president denying everything even though I sent them all my proofs of income, fraudulent whited out application and fraudulent boggussed appraisal, fictitious verification of employment - and the 4 pages inserts boggussed fake adjustable interests hybrid which he deliberately never included in the package. My own attorney as a witness confirmed all those fact in a two page letter - which I sent them, they still denied everything!
