Be warned when your order from them. Your invoice and what your credit card gets charged will be different. Tyour invoice will not reflect taht you became a memer and will be charged 9.99 extra and then 9.99 monthly thereafter. If this happens to you this is what you should do:
1- you have 60 days to dispute this charge with the credit card company. Look at the back of your statement for the procedure. It is very easy and less frustrating then calling them2- Call them and cancel the reward program and make sure you dispute the charge you may get for the next month for 9.993- if you call the company and ask for your 9.99 back they will charge you full price for the flowers4- write the your state attorney office on internet5- write to the federal trade commission on internet
