Rebate Promised -Not Delivered after repeated calls to customer service

I am a Stubhub seller who has sold over $20K in tickets in the last quarter and extremely dissatisfied with your customer service.

On March 10th I was received an email signed by Jonathan Lesser,

Director of Supply and Fulfillment stating that a recent site update to StubHub.com led to an error that caused a large number of PDF files associated with both listings and orders to be deleted from our servers.in the email I was told "We are offering a 50% rebate of your sell fee for any of the orders that you re-upload".

I promptly uploaded roughly 10 orders that had previously been sold and received another email on March 18th notifying me that my rebate of $ 344.78 would be paid by March 25 via my default payment method which is PayPal.

After not seeing the payment I have contacted customer service via email 3 times and via phone 2 times. The first response I got was that the check was in the mail, second time I was told payment was sent via paypal, and the 3rd and 4th time I've been told both the payment is being processes and that they are escalating to the payment team. I have not once received a follow-up call or email and a month after I was told payment was on the way I've received nothing.

I hope you'll do the right thing and send payment NOW. Please stop taking advantage of your stronghold of the secondary ticket market and provide real customer service.
