Anthony has contracted me as a freelance programmer to build him a website called http://startleap.com. The cost was about $4,000. He has paid via paypal so I thought I was safe and I thought the build went well. Shortly after delivering the code to him via email I was contacted via pay pal that he has disputed the charge on his credit card.
See if Anthony uses the credit card via pay pal, I can not dispute the charge back to the credit card directly. And Pay Pal just goes along with what ever the the credit decides. So there is no opportunity to dispute the false claim and he is awarded all his money back.
Anthony knew this little fact and was quite cleaver in getting all his money back. Anthony will tell you he is rich beyond your wildest dreams, he will tell you he has friends at pay pal and in the IT business and he will destroy your business if you don't cooperate with him to get his money back.
